Feel as if you are burning both ends of your candle? In our constantly connected society, let’s take a look at how to unplug and focus. Learn strategies to decompress, identify stressors, how herbs can help, and learn how to make a plan to nurture yourself. In this class, we'll taste herbal teas for relaxation and learn other ways to incorporate herbs for self-care. We will make a bath soak from herbs we gather in the garden, plus take home a time-for-me tea blend. $35 per person.
