A hands on exploration of creating with herbs using basic methods of preparation. Each class in this series focuses on individual methods of creating including water infusions, pastes & powders, vinegar infusions, elixirs, syrups & honeys, and oil infusions.

About the Event
In this class each participant will use their hands and feel their way through each technique, allowing them to walk away confident in their skills. Each class is 1.5 hours. Each student walks through the process learning the technique in a hands-on manner. Each class is $15pp or sign up for the entire series at a discounted rate, limited to 10 students, handouts with general information will be provided.
August 5th - Water Infusions

September 2nd - Oil Infusions
September 16th - Elixirs
October 7th - Syrups & Honey
October 21st - Powders & Pastes
