Herbal Technique: Vinegars & Oils

Learn more about using herbs from your garden (or those you buy), to make tried-and-true herbal recipes. Explore techniques used by herbalists for centuries. Take a look at the process involved and how to use what you make. In this class, participants will learn how vinegar and oil have been used to

store herbs since Egyptian times. The end result is either a great vinaigrette or a medicinal preparation. Take home a sample to try. $25/person.
