Hops are an incredible herb with many uses. Let's explore the herb and talk about ways to use it beyond beer. Join Ohio Herb Center staff as we learn all about natural fermentation. In this class we will cover some interesting recipes you can recreate at home that are perfect for anyone to imbibe in. Handout with recipes is included plus we will have tastings of some of the recipes.
