Love Your Lymphs

Join Lauren Brooke Miller the artist and founder of The Healer’s Toolmaker for a 2 hour immersive experience. We will enjoy tea from Lauren’s thrown pottery and personal gardens, have a portion of chair yoga (very gentle movement) and breath work, go over an introduction to the lymphatic system including practical tips to support it and end with a luxurious facial using hydrosol, oil/salve and lymphatic massage techniques with our new tools! Leave feeling refreshed and empowered to love your lymphs daily! 

Participants will leave with a one of a kind handcrafted ceramic lymphatic tool and a handout outlining lymphatic loving tips and information. Participants will be able to sample lymphatic supporting tea and topicals with the option to purchase from The Healer’s Toolmaker.
