Dress up your holiday desserts in their herbal best. Participants will learn how to make delicate and delicious herbal sauces for your holiday dining experience. Sauces to be demonstrated and, of course, tasted are: a rich peppermint chocolate ganache, a bright fruit compote and luscious lavender whipped cream. Cost is $20 per person
